Our high-end cashmere knitwear is made from 100% selected cashmere, with no synthetic fibers or wool blends. We support third-party quality inspection. We never use inferior materials.
2. Are cashmere sweaters prone to pilling and deformation? How can I care for them to extend their lifespan?
Slight pilling in areas of friction (underarms, cuffs) is normal for high-quality pure cashmere. It can be easily restored to a smooth surface with a special pill remover. Our high-count, densely woven fabric and shaping treatment make them less prone to deformation under normal wear. We recommend hand washing (water temperature ≤30℃) and laying flat to dry, avoiding hanging and stretching.
3. Can I customize styles/colors/sizes? What is the approximate delivery time?
Customization service: Supports small-batch customization (minimum order quantity ≥ 50 pieces); regular in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours; the sampling period for customized items is 7~10 days, and the production period for bulk orders is 20~30 days (adjusted according to order volume). Urgent orders can be given priority for production.
